Who we are

Momix is a private CRM and MLS for real estate agencies in Argentina, operated by Momix (Buenos Aires, Argentina). For anything in this policy, use the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Two very different kinds of people

Agency users. People who work at an agency and log into the CRM. We store their name, email, phone, role and the record of what they do in the system.

Visitors. People who browse the public listings. There is no password: you get a six-digit code by email. A visitor row is only created when that code is verified — typing someone else's email does not create an account for them.

Third-party data — the part that matters most

Agencies load their property owners' contact details. Those owners never agreed to anything with Momix: they gave their data to their agency. So Momix treats that data as belonging to the agency, holds it encrypted at rest, and gates who can even read it — the data does not travel to a browser that has no permission for it. Momix does not sell it, does not share it between agencies, and does not use it for advertising.

What we store, and why

To make the product work: your account, your agency, the properties and their photos.

To keep it safe: a log of logins, IP address and device, so we can warn you about an unknown device and block brute force.

Because you asked us to: your favorites and your search alerts, if you are a visitor.

Cookies

Only the ones the site needs to work: one for the CRM session and a separate one for the visitor session, plus your language, theme and sound preferences. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Who else touches the data

Only the providers that let the service run: our hosting (LatinCloud, Argentina), the outgoing mail server, and — if the agency connects them — the portals it publishes to (ZonaProp, Mercado Libre). Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Your account, for as long as it is open. If you close it, it is marked and kept for 30 days: you stop being able to log in and alerts stop reaching you, and if you come back within that window everything is restored. After 30 days a scheduled job deletes it. Security logs are purged on their own schedule.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, and to get a copy of it, using the form at the bottom of this page. If your data was loaded by an agency, we forward the request to that agency, which is the one that holds it.

This is governed by Ley 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales (Argentina).

If you log in with Google

We only ask Google for your email, your name and your profile picture. We never get your Google password and never ask for access to anything else in your account. We use the email to match you to an account that already exists in Momix — logging in with Google does not create an agency account by itself. You can revoke this at any time from your Google account.

If we change something meaningful, we will say so on this page and update the date below.
