What Momix is

Momix is a CRM and a private MLS for real estate agencies: it stores properties, shares them between brokers, imports listings from portals and generates public pages. It is sold per seat, per agency.

Accounts

A CRM account is created by invitation from an agency — you cannot sign up on your own. Each agency is a sealed compartment: it does not see another agency's data.

A visitor account is created when you verify the six-digit code we send to your email. It only serves to save favorites and receive search alerts.

What you may not do

Scrape or mass-download other agencies' listings; use the data for anything other than your own real estate business; try to reach another agency's data; resell access to your seat; or upload content you have no right to publish.

Content is the agency's

The properties, photos and owner data an agency loads belong to that agency. Momix stores and processes them to render the service. The agency is responsible for having the right to publish what it publishes — including photos and owners' consent.

Availability

We work to keep the service up and we back it up daily, with restores verified by an automated test. Even so it is a service that can be down: we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Cancellation

You can close your account whenever you want. It is kept for 30 days in case you come back and is then deleted. An agency that stops paying loses access; the data follows the same window.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, with jurisdiction in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
